We all know how uncertain the real estate market has been for the last 3 years. Due to family issues, my wife and I reluctantly decided we had to sell our condo on the beach in Palm Beach. Linda enthusiastically marketed our property with multiple showings per week over nearly two years. She protected our interests from those who thought we were so anxious to sell we would accept below market bids. Linda knew the value of the property and did not allow us to lower the price when we had offers below our asking price.
