· Grace and beauty greets you and your guests with thousands of square feet of marble flooring accented with the finest Wood Work, Faux painted walls, a plethora of original artwork, fine furniture, and a bronze statue of the Greek Goddess, Gaia as she breathes life into her hands to create the world standing gracefully in front of our lobby waterfall.
· The Views! The Views! Every apartment has an uncluttered view over the best of Palm Beach, the Intracoastal waterway and from the west an open view of downtown West Palm Beach. Our residents are the privileged few that can enjoy the privileged life with the finest views and services in Florida.
· Building Security includes: 48 Motion Activated Cameras which are monitored 24 hours a day using state of the art Borsh Divar XF digital video recorders; a manned guard house; garage security; a roving guard; and a computer controlled Morris Watchman locked safe box to keep unit keys always secure and yet available in case of an emergency.
· Two Generators to insure that everything in every unit will have power during those famous Florida power outages, including during and following a hurricane. These generators run on both natural gas and diesel, and can run on diesel fuel only. We keep 5,000 gallons of diesel fuel on the property so our residents can sleep with confidence when the need arises.
· A complete state-of-the-art water filter system insures that our residents will always have the clearest, cleanest water available for drinking, cooking, making ice, bathing, and washing.
· Our fitness center exceeds that of many of the finest hotels and private fitness clubs. In addition to a complete selection of exercise equipment, it has a freshly chilled bottled water and fresh luxury towels always available for our residents, guests, and their trainers. Lanyards with panic buttons are available 24 hours a day in the gym and our staff is trained to respond to any call for help. Adjoining is a private massage room and fine locker rooms.
· Orchids and live plants abound all year round, from the orchid garden inside the lobby entrance, the beautiful orchids that grace the lobby table & the concierge’s desk to the lush plants in the Social Room.
· One Watermark Place keeps Oxygen, First Aid Supplies, and a Heart Defibrillator available in case you or your guest should have a real emergency. More importantly, our staff has been trained in CPR, the use of our Heart Defibrillator, and dealing with medical emergencies.
· Security posts and our Concierges Desk are equipped with the latest EYEWATCH radios which can reduce the response time from the police to half or less of the time required with traditional call to 911 in the unlikely event that we ever had a crime in progress.
· Our outdoor Barbecue area includes two large stainless steel grills, four commercial stove top burners, an over, two warming drawers, ice makers, a refrigerator, and a freezer. Your chef can easily prepare an outdoor luncheon or dinner that could include anything from Steaks, Seafood, New England Boiled Lobsters & Clams, to more traditional barbecue fun fares such as baby back ribs, hot dogs, and hamburgers. Pool side parties for 50 are not a problem.
· We have a professional media room with a super sized projection TV and a great home theater system that allows you and your guests to comfortably enjoy Cable TV, Satellite TV, Music, and your favorite movies on DVD or tape.
· Many of our residents take advantage of our exquisite Board Room. It is equipped with a speaker phone, wireless internet, your own lighting & background music control, and the concierge can arrange for water, coffee, or lunch to be available for your meeting. A great place to meet with your personal advisors, your charity board, or any other small meeting.
· Outside of the building, on the South Side of the property is our dog walk area. Lanyards with panic buttons are always available 24 hours a day to summon immediate help should or your dog require assistance in the dog walk area.
· Our properly attired Concierges are available from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM every day, ad they can assist you with dinner or theater reservations, transportation, flowers, FEDEX, UPS, faxes, directions, and most of your other needs. It is always service with a smile.
· The building provides both Cable TV and Satellite TV service to every apartment.
· Courtesy Valet Service is available at the front door for you or your guests.
· The Social Room in our building is great for cocktail or wine receptions, and can be used for card groups, luncheons, or small dinner parties.

· You can feel comfortable with your cars in our spotlessly clean garage. Every owner has at least two of their own, private, walled in parking spaces with wall bumpers installed. Security Guards, 8 cameras, and good lighting always keep’s our garage safe, secure and pleasant.
· Electronics Control Access to the Building Exterior Doors and all of our Elevators require the use of individually programmed Key Fobs to help insure that only those who belong at your apartment can even get to your apartment.
· Fire Safety in the building includes a complete building Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Pull Alarm Stations, a state-of-the-art Fire Alarm System, Two separate Fire Stairwells serving each apartment, and a high volume – high pressure diesel fire pump serving the building.
· The building provides courtesy quarterly A/C inspections for your air conditioning units and replaces the standard air conditioning filters so you don’t worry about comfort.
· “Help, I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!” Not to worry, there are emergency pulls in the master bath.
