It is interesting to note, according to statistics provided by the Palm Beach Board of Realtors comparing June 2013 to June 2014… the average home list price in June 2014 was increased by 9.3% and the average home sales price increased by 4%. Properties are also spending less time​ on the market… last June ​the ​​average​ time​ was 204 days, this June​ shows​ 179 ​days, which is ​a decrease of 12%.
