Below, please find our First Quarter Palm Beach Sales Market Report. Please note that this quarter there were 29 In-Town Condo sales, as opposed to the last quarter of 2010 at only 6 sales.
As you can see, buyers are taking advantage of the excellent values and tax benefits of residing in Palm Beach, and they are buying this Season! Those in New York, California, and Connecticut are tired of the heavy tax burden of those states and they are moving to Palm Beach. Remember, Florida has no Estate Tax and no State Income Tax.
