First Quarter Market Report 2018 compared to 2017 Palm Beach Sales: Homes & Condominium

After a robust Season we are proud to present a comparative analysis of our 2018 First Quarter Report in comparison to our 2017 First Quarter Market Report.  Our findings are comprised of the Palm Beach Sales in the First quarter of both years in the designated areas.  Single family homes clearly were the winners in 2018.. out selling the prior year by two to one or more in each designated sales area.
 
Area  1 homes… 20 sold in 2018… compared to: 14 sold in 2017
Area 2 homes… 15 sold in 2018….compared to: 7 sold in 2017
Area 3 homes…   7 sold in 2018… compared to:  2 sold in 2017
Area 2 condos.. 44 sold in 2018…compared to: 46 sold in 2017

Average price: $4,497,533 – Average per sq.ft. $997

Area 3:(Worth Avenue to Sloan’s Curve) 7 homes SOLD 
Average price: $9,847,471 – Average per sq.ft. $1,157
