Times have changed, we are not allowed showings in condominiums, open houses are not allowed. Frankly, most homes cannot be shown at this time, unless the home is vacant, or with a willing owner or tenant who will allow us access. Again, I quote my hero, Sir Winston Churchill… “Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm”… We will get through this and Palm Beach real estate will sell to everyone who desires the safety, security, and fabulous lifestyle it has to offer. Most people in large cities will flee to Buy or Lease in Palm Beach, leaving the density and coming to Paradise. We will be ready for them!
