Dear Potential Buyers, Sellers, Clients, Colleagues and Friends,We hope all of you are enjoying an amazing summer, and we look forward to seeing you in the Fall.

Since we reported our Second Quarter Market report on July 21, 2021, the Palm Beach Real Estate market continues to roar! I am sure you are reading all about it in the Wall Street Journal and in the article written by Jane Starr Drinkard, in which Jane interviewed me and published on August 4, 2021 in New York Magazine entitled “There are Barely any Houses left in Palm Beach“.  While inventory is low… The market is moving and moving fast!

We are thankful for all our loyal clients, and the opportunity to serve all our buyers and sellers real estate needs.   We are delighted to report that yesterday we closed on a stunning architectural ocean-block gem at 167 Everglades Avenue, furnished for $17 million, and we put another fabulous home at 235 Garden Road under contract; asking $9.5 million, closing on October 15, 2021. Buyers are searching high and low for Palm Beach and West Palm Beach Condominiums too.

We have several units under contract: 400 South Ocean Blvd.Sun and Surf/100 Sunrise AvenueP.B. Towers/44 Cocoanut Row3360 South Ocean Blvd. and two units at La Clara, 1515 S. Flagler Drive, the new construction building in West Palm Beach. Rentals… Again, almost impossible to find! This home at 229 Pendleton Avenue on the Breaker’s Golf Course is now available for Sale or Annual or a long term (8 mth min) Seasonal Lease. See photos and details here.

This summer, my associates and I are here to help you. Typically traveling in the summer months, this year we are in Palm Beach, as so many of our buyers and sellers are ready to buy this summer to be sure they are ready for the school year, or moved in by Season to enjoy the fabulous lifestyle Palm Beach has to offer;   not only the fabulous weather, golf, shopping and amazing restaurants that are all open and ready to serve you and your family, it’s also the birds, the beach, the lovely people, The Kravis Center, The Society of the Four Arts, The Preservation Foundation, The Flagler Museum, The Norton Museum, all providing culture, theatre, and so many wonderful things to do.   We love it, and so does everyone else!
