We represented the seller of this fabulous house, which sold in the first quarter of 2022— Closed pre-construction with the buyers taking over the construction permit at almost the asking price.  The prices shown on the report show as a “net sale”, with the buyer continuing payments due to the builder, Dunworth Construction.
